Hashem Palace

From the very start it was clear that the landscape around the villa should be preserved as much as possible. A basement was created for the house and the ground floor is semi-positioned in the slope of the hill. The ground floor directly opens up to the pool mirroring the ultra-modern design of the Palace. Both the east and west facades of the first floor are dominated by glazed openings providing a breathtaking view of the surrounding, while the south and north facades have a more closed character. The details of the glass styles and the upper and lower lines have been kept to a minimum. A patio in the heart of the palace provides maximum daylight in all the rooms. The parking lot is found at the basement.
