Erbil Village is located in a tranquil area. A basement was created for the house and the ground floor is positioned along the hill. The ground floor directly opens up to the parking lot of the Villa. The first floor is dominated by distant openings providing a breathtaking view of the surrounding. The Post-modern style mansion was covered with white and brown stone. Wooden constructed windows followed by the stone walls.
